The following services are offered for full association management or on an a la carte basis.
Headquarters As the headquarters for your association, we provide telephone coverage, fax, and e-mail support during regular business hours. From our office, we can field inquiries and serve as your membership support team.
Administrative Services Part of our job is to manage the daily administrative functions of your organization so that you have more time to focus on the big picture. As part of the full association management package, we will manage your membership database, coordinate your events, make sure your bills are paid on time, and keep your volunteers on target and motivated.
Convention and Event Management With more than 40 years combined experience in meetings, convention, and event management, The Association Source partners with associations to provide services in site selection, contract negotiation, budget preparation, registration, trade show management, sponsorship solicitation, telemarketing and onsite management.
Exhibit and Trade Show Management Our staff has managed successful meetings, conventions and trade shows of all sizes in the United States and around the world. We specialize in all planning logistics, from exhibit sales to drayage contracting, to on-site registration.
Web and Technology Services The Association Source is dedicated to providing its associations and staff with the latest and most effective technology resources. Our clients benefit from advanced technology capabilities including office productivity software, leading association management software and Internet services such as online database management, e-commerce/e-marketing functions and Web site maintenance and content management.
Financial Management We offer comprehensive financial services, including accounts receivables, accounts payables, daily bookkeeping, and monthly reporting. We will guide your organization to develop and maintain a reasonable budget, foster dues collection, and administer operating funds.
Creative Design We have at your disposal graphic arts, editorial, layout, and web design services. Our talented staff can help design membership kits, newsletters, letterhead, logos, and more!
Membership Promotion and Marketing We will work with your organization to develop a strategic plan for growing and retaining membership. The Association Source President, Jody Rosen, has received more than a dozen awards for strategic marketing and membership promotion campaigns.
Certification and Accreditation At The Association Source, we partner with client organizations to provide high quality continuing education programming. With state-of-the art technology, we are able to track Continuing Education Units (or the equivalent).
Social Media Consulting/ Social Media Optimization Our social media consulting expands your association’s outreach through a robust online audience and enables interaction with your members, partners, sponsors, and exhibitors through engaging rich media and online conversation. In tandem with your association’s leadership, we conduct a social media analysis to ensure maximum visibility and engagement that supports vital components of your online social media marketing plan.
